Happiness after eating disorder recovery is possible!

About Me

Hello and welcome to my website.

I’m happy to share a bit about what it’s like to work together in therapy.

Felicia Kolodner, MS LCPC NCC CEDS

I hope you find the information here helpful in making your decision about which therapist to choose.  This is one of the most important relationships in your life, so it’s very important to have a great fit.

What I’ve found most helpful in therapy that truly changes your life is a three part process:

  1. Challenge you when you need a push.

  2. Encourage you when you need reassurance.

  3. Aways accept you with warmth and kindness!

Many of my clients say that they appreciate my conversational style. I’m the type of therapist who actively participates in the conversation. I’ll ask you questions, provide feedback and help you clarify what’s important to you.

I listen with the intention of moving you closer to where you want to go.

I love being a therapist and helping women heal, take good care of their minds and bodies and helping you to thrive.
